We are here to help. This website has been designed to assist tenants in making sense of the leasehold property system. Our approach has been to start by asking a simple question, "What do leasehold tenants need to know?"

We understand that many homeowners do not read their leases or even keep a copy and for many tenants, the leasehold system remains a mystery. We have gone to great effort to try and demystify the relative burdens and obligations of the leasehold system.
